Crystal Green is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker providing seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching which will aid in personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods.

Crystal works as a personal, business and ministry consultant. She assists people, businesses and ministries with focusing on their vision, organizing and structuring their various goals and  departments. She also facilitates team building activities, organizes retreat getaways and customizes workshops for their specific needs.

Among her many endeavors, Crystal has successfully assisted in opening a Daycare, Christian School, and a Bible Institute. 

Crystal was the Executive Director at one of the largest churches for 10 year in Henry County, Georgia, assisting in its growth and expansion and was recognized as becoming one of the 100 fastest growing churches in America.

One of Crystal’s greatest passions is working with children, youth and young adults. She believes that if we impact and encounter children at a young age, we can be one of the greatest positive influences in their lives.
