There are different levels of consulting. As consultants, we advise and design programs that fill gaps by assessing the actual situation and identifying operational needs. We are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to recommend solutions to help solve various marketing, web design, organizational problems and accomplish the necessary changes and improvements 
needed to assist you in reaching your desired goal.  

Our Consulting Process

MISSION
We will discuss mission  We endeavor to clarify exactly what the your desires are and what you  feel is needed to fulfilling the mission. We will also outline what you feel are some challenges hindering the success of the business.  

ORGANIZE
We will carefully review and identify the strengths and weaknesses. We will include findings from interviews, surveys, previous data etc.

PRIORITIZE 
We will prioritize the problems that need to be addressed and then determine what problems are the priority, keeping in mind that 20% of the weaknesses are often caused by 80% of the problems.

ANALYZE 
We will put together an analysis of the strengths and weakness so that we may identify the underlying cause. We will also identify various ways the problems can be solved and how we can build upon the strengths. We will combine the findings from each of the analysis into a strategic plan for implementation.

STRATEGIZE 
We will structure the findings, so they are categorized and easily identifiable to everyone involved in the process. We will build on the strengths and endeavor to strengthen the weaknesses. We will develop a strategic plan by setting goals to be accomplish. We understand that 20% of the weaknesses are often caused by 80% of the problems, so we will endeavor to solve 80% of the problems. 

IMPLEMENTATION
We will set a time frame for each action item in the plan to ensure that the item will be accomplished as planned. We will develop leaders and or teams for each item assisting them with the necessary tools to accomplish the goal.  

REPORTING
We will develop a reporting system that is best for everyone to keep each other informed and on task. A review process will be developed to assist in evaluating the status of the strategic plan. This assists in ensuring that the timeline for the goals that have been established are being met.
